Relating: Not Complicated So Why Don't We?

Because we're unaware of the complexity. We haven't been taught. Relationship takes on a three-part complexity. It is a delivery system, it is something that happens between two or more people, and finally it adds a hidden element: glue. This bonding material adheres us to the persons and what is delivered.

I know this is hard to grasp, but it's vital. We must find people that are willing to relate truly and fairly over a long time. We must be with them and discuss and experience for a fairly long time. The experiences combine to help us leave or stay or become unstuck from the relationships and experience we're accustomed to. This explains why it can be so difficult to change or to leave.
